Great company the vehicle was safe and sound got there one day prior to them salvaging it. Hayden the lady is great to socialize with and also with the time waiting for someone to come and move vehicles for me to get my vehicle out she offered me something to drink and a snack. Great crew it was difficult at first to find my vehicle but it was because my door was changed to the whole vehicle is why we weren't able to locate it at first. Being told from one person that I was there and then being told from the people that it wasn't there to actually showing up in person it all turned out to be a really great pleasant experience. Stop the daily add-ons for the bill when I had nothing put down to guarantee that I would be back for the vehicle. Didn't ask for anything to be able to grab my items from the vehicle before even picking up the vehicle. We had no way of recovering the vehicle until the following Monday. It was a savage way to make more money off of someone already undergoing extreme hardship. When we had the information for release sent over around 3:30 on that Monday, this company quit responding to our emails. So the car sat for yet another day and my daughter had to cancel another day of work...putting her further behind financially. I do NOT expect them to care and I DO expect them to respond to this post with something blaming. It's sad that they are open to taking your vehicle at 11pm but NOT open to allowing you retrieve it after 5pm ...or they will ignore you until it is convenient for them to get back to you. They also damaged the concrete drive in the process. Why so aggressive? She's 94 pound woman with an 18 month old infant and you had the keys. My condolences to anyone that has to work with this company. I’ve personally only used them for towing, but they also offer services like keys, lockouts, and jump starts.
